So, up to this point, you should have:

    35 - dark 3-1/2" x 3-1/2" squares

Let's start putting the pieces together!   All seams are 1/4".

    1 - light two-patch

    1 - 3-1/2" x 3-1/2" dark square

Row 2:

BLOCK ASSEMBLY:

Add Row 3 as shown:

Make a total of 35 blocks.

Now comes the interesting part.  Every quilter brings something unique to each quilt they make.  You've got 35 blocks - let's see how everyone puts them together.  If you have a design wall, now is the time to use it.  For those of you (like me) that don't have the luxury of a design wall, I've posted a page with the block diagram so you can print the page, cut out the squares and play with a layout that is all your own.  Click here for the Block Diagram Page.  Remember, this is your quilt.  If you would like to make your quilt larger, just make more blocks.  This is an interesting quilt as it looks good with or without borders.

Click here to see the Virtual Quilt Retreat Gallery page.  Be sure to send me a photo so that everyone can see what you have created.

It's been an interesting and fun adventure on our part.  We hope it has been the same for you.   Until next time, may all your quilts be "wonder"ful!   Alice & Deb
